Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not TapForged. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find the app and tap Cancel.
I was charged but lost access to the app.
This can usually be fixed with a quick restore. Open the app, look for a “Restore Purchases” option in the settings, and tap it. If that doesn’t resolve it, email us and we’ll sort it out.
I have a feature request.
